First Mini Vacation! Vegas
I started this site to give information to those interested in starting Girls Only mini vacations! I would like to do it twice a year, as cheaply as possible!
The First moms mini vacation location is Vegas!!
I chose this location for the first vacation because I thought it would be, cheap, easy, quick and fun!
My Goals for this site:
To have Moms be able to get away with other moms, and their friends for at least one night! Meet new people, see new things, and take time to relax. I would love everyone to take advantage of everything the world has to offer!
I've come to realize that I complain allot about not doing things, going places and learning new things.. I always thought I didnt have the time, or money.. But .. Its actually that I wasnt making the Time, and I wasnt putting that $10 a week away for something I wanted to do. I always spend it on the kids, special treats, grabbing dinner on my way from work, and doing things that were fun for the family, and not the things I really wanted to do or try!.
I thought if we made plans together, it would be easier to stick to, easier to get excited about, get our friends involved and meet new people. I know we will most likely end up talking about our crazy kids most of the time, But I really enjoy that!
I know its going to be hard to get allot of people to attend these little get aways, but I am so excited for the few of you that will be able to make it! and the memories we will make together.
The locations will be "friendly" to all kinds of people. I know everyone is different, different religons, different hobbies and intrests, but I think thats what makes this great! You dont have to sign up for any activities you dont feel comfortable doing, or anything you are truely not interested in.
In Vegas, there are a million things to do that done involve "sin" in sin city :) there are so many amazing things to see, that you wont see anywhere else.
Here are just a few things we get to see on our little trip! :)
Dozens of Hotels, all different themes and decorated to match inside and out!
The Most amazing water/light show, it goes every 15 mins, people gather from all over the world to watch the water dance to music, I could stand there for hours and watch it.
There are dozens of Vegas shows going on nightly! They are pricey, but I am in search for discount tickets!
The Gandola ride! I cant wait to do this!! :)
The closest I might ever get to Paris :)
beautiful every where you look.. well except straight ahead! There are some VERY weird people walking around, but thats fun too! People watching
Dont forget to look UP! Even the ceilings are breathtaking.
Yummy! Nearly every hotel has a buffet, with anything you could image you want to eat!
I admit.. I gamble.. $5.. on the penny slots,. I run out of money in about 10 mins, but at least I can say "yes I gambled and lost in Vegas" :)
One of my favorite hotels, I cant wait to go on the roller coaster! I have never gotten to go because mike doesnt like them! :)

This is the Tram, that this time I know I will use allot! there is so much walking my feet nearly fell off last time I went. Pay for a daily pass and it saves money, and you can travel back and forth all day long.
There is the Wax museum which was really fun! I was surprised! There are hotel rooms at Circus Circus for $40 a night! up to 4 people!. I will post all the deals and we can decide who wants to share a room, and where they would like to stay. I would love to do two nights, so we would be able to see so many things, and we could rest in between. even if the hotel is $80 a night, 4 people thats only $40 a person for two nights in the hotel! Thats a great deal!!
I will be researching more activities, and posting information in the next few weeks. Please let me know if you would like to go! or at least try to go, so I can see if we qualify for group discounts and things. :)
I hope everyone can make it! and dont forget you can invite your friends!, your mothers, your aunts, your sisters! The more the merrier!
